Each care provider’s notes are sorted chronologically into divided sections and clearly paginated. A detailed index is then produced for ease of location of required documents.

£150.00 + VAT per A4 Lever Arch File (Up to 400 pages)
Photocopying of double sided to single sided copies.
Records are usually returned within 14 days.
